I can't seem to locate the hole on the top of the dash panel to secure the cable.
Does anyone have any photos or know of any alternate locations for this hole?
I looked from the underside in the car but no hole!
Thanks

My cable broke so I had to run a new cable. I went down from the top (under the hood) and attached the new cable to it and pulled it up that way.

I'm lost on this one....I have no clue what cable this is, or where it's s'pose to go.
Is there a larger diagram)or a pic) that shows a little more of the area?
What is the actual function of this cable?
Is this a late model('80-'82) thing only?
Will Lassie finally tell Timmy to go jump in the well?

The sheet I referenced is entitled "Fender Reinforcement Cable, YA00 ALL".
It is not a ground cable for sure, measures about 5" long.
Yes, there is another sheet # UPC B01/BO12 Sheet 18 but I don't have it with me.
A photo would help.
Joel, all good questions

Never heard of this either. Looks like it helps hold up the floor.
