About 6 months ago I bought a set of color-coded wiring diagrams on E-Bay.  They were much easier to look at than the ones in the assembly manual.
 
This week I purchased the "OO-SO-EZ" wiring diagrams from Doc Rebuild, they are awesomeThumbs%20Up.  Not only do they show the wire color, but they have an exact picture of the associated connector..........really cool.
 
I bought the diagrams for the dash harness & aonther that shows all of the other optionall harnesses (Ignition, A/C, P/W, alarm, etc.)
 
This will definitely make the reassembly of my dash much easier.

Vette(s): had a really nice one. sold it to a good friend. Purchased 2004 custom coupe in Feb. 2009 did not tell anyone here until August 2009. BAD I KNOW.

Consider them another tool in your box.
If you are going to work on a vette, it pays to have the tools.
