Hey guys, I would appreciate any assistance I can get.
I have a small circular , maybe 1/4" in dia, 3 pin connector with white, tan (light brown) and light blue wires attached to it dangling underneath my dash to the right of the steering column. I don't have any electrical diagrams to be able to identify it. Can anyone tell me what it's for and where it attaches? Thanks,
Hank

My 75 diagram shows nothing like that, I assume this is on your 79 L82? Maybe someone will have a schematic for your year and could advise.

I'm just guessing, but if all your other circuits and systems are operating properly, it might be a connector for rear radio speakers if you don't have a car so equipped. According to my '78 electrical guide, light blue and tan colored wires are for the speakers. The white may be a common ground.
If you pull off the side panel to the console you may be able to trace it to its origin.

I believe that the wires are speaker wires.
