My guess is everone is going to say the tracks, problem there is I never touched the tracks and it was going up and down perfectly. The Only thing I did was replace the motor and gear pack. Now, iy seems like the front end of the window is heavyand something just feels loose- it's floppy. After hours of adjusting tracks I put it back to where  it was (track locations) and it seems like the problem may be in the back of the door, like  to make it go up and down straight something was wedged between the teflon slide abd the teflon gromet that bolts through the windshield hole         to take up the space that allows the front of thr window to droop. It will roll up fine with asistance  .
Any ideas or suggestions? I've got lo drive to Lafatte, La Sunday night an ID LOVE TO GET IT DONE Before then. I can live with the vacuum like is for

I finally figured it out, It's just hard to believe something as simple as a window motor can turn into such a huge problem. Thanks for the links, I'll check them out and see what the Right way is. LOL No, i got it right, it just took more than I expected.
