If the turn signals work, that tells you the bulbs are good. You either have a bad fuse, a brake switch that is bad/disconnected/out of adjustment, a wiring issue, or..horrors...a bad turn signal switch....
Turn sigs working eliminate the bulbs as a problem. If the hazzards work, the fuse is good. If the hazzards DO work, hit the brake pedal while they are flashing....see if they stop flashing.

thank you all for your advice. last night I tried the hazards lights and NOPE...nada....nothing. I got the same blank look as I used to get from my teenage daughters in days gone by. I did not try the blinkers. Thank you for the fuse chart, with these eyes, that will help a LOT!

Kinda looking like a bad fuse at this point. Good luck getting under there to look, and change it out....

If only I could insert another joint (NO, not that kind of joint...sheeeesh) half way between my elbow and my wrist, I would be ok. Me thinks that I will remove front seat first. I just do not bend like that anymore!!!!!
