Hey I thought the power door locks were on the same fuse as the power windows in my 79. I appear to be wrong, though because I replaced the fuse for the windows, now they work, but the power locks still don't.

Anyone know which fuse the power door locks are on?

Thanks!

Hey Adam,
Its the courtesy/ clock fuse in my 80 - according to my wiring diagram the windows have no fuse- just their own circuit breaker in the fuse box. Not sure how things were a year before.
Do your interior lights/cig lighter work, i.e is that fuse ok?
I think if one lock button is dodgy, then the whole circuit fails to work. The plug up behind the buttons gets a bit tatty with time, might be worth having a look at that...

Best of luck

I am having the same problem with my 79. I bought the NCRS wiring diagram book and it appears in 79 the locks and windows are part of the same circut. Ill keep you posted on any progress. Good Luck.
