Where is the rear interior light on a '68 Roadster located?

Mine is behind the left rear wheel well, next to the spring that helps lift the rear deck lid. It comes om (along with the other (front)interior light) when you open the door. Hope that helps you.

Yep, I see a bare bulb there. Should there be some sort of plastic cover over it? Or just a bare bulb is what should be there?

I had to think about that one.
Actually, I went into the garage and took a look.
I have a bulb sitting in a rectangular metal bracket that looks like it should have a clear or white plastic lens fitted into the bracket. Evidently, I don't need the lens because the bare bulb has provided enough light over the years and I have never even looked closely at it until today.

The coupes have a rectangular lens that is white with a simulated chrome framing around it. My guess is that the roadster used the same lens.

Looks like my '68 roadster has a bare bulb as well. So not sure that the '68's came with a cover. It's off to the side also (driver's side), not in the center like the later C3's.

My 75 Coupe doesn't have a cover. Not sure what that means, but that's how it is!
