I'm replacing the decklid weatherstrip on my convertible and the new one looks like it is way too long. Has anyone else ran in to this? What's the remedy?

Mine was too long also. I just cut out a pc in the center and installed. Used the w/s glue to seal the two pcs back together. |cheers|
