deck vent grille and cowl screws

Another stupid question. 
After having my 68 repainted the the dumb ass painter put screws that didn't match eg. phillip and  slot, in the grille areas and they are painted the color of the car. Along with many other problems he caused me.
Are the screws unpainted??  and I believe they are all phillip head screws.Confused

You can purchase them from any vender.The ones for my 72 which the listing says 68 -  76 were chrome. The picture looks like a black finish tho.

The rear deck vent screws are black oxide coated Phillips head. You can use chrome ones(or stainless) if ya want, unless you're going to have the car Judged.
