Been working to replace some of the light bulbs in my dash on a 69 big block. Took the gauge clusters out and before I reinstalled them I wanted to test all the lights. Connected the headlight switch and put jumpers on the grounds. When I turned on the light switch the dash lights won’t come on. There is power to all the light sockets, the clock terminal and the courtesy and warning lights. I feel like there is some kind of ground problem. Can anyone offer any thoughts?
