Now that the heater assembly is out, take some time and study all the levers and actuators.  Clean and lubricate everything that moves.  On mine, I found one of the actuator rods was nearly worn completely thru and ready to break off.  Time well spent.

Ok the new heater core is in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Not that bad but the duct work back together was tight.

Now I started it up to check leaks and it looks good but cannot get the blower switch to work.
It was not working before I took the dash off but thought with everything out I coule d find the issue but  I cannot.  It had worked in the past.

The fuse looks good.
The relay has pwoer to it and its clicking?
There is power to the 4 positions switch but has 5 wires so how do I test that it has power where it needs to be.

So could it be the blower itself?

Stuck on this for now, checking the wiring diagram if anone has a imput I will take it, in troubleshooting?
