Greetings, Is there a book, or a sequence to assembly of the dash on these cars? I have everything out, and starting over. Thanks in advance. Working on getting parts ordered and ready.

The production Assembly Manual would be one place to look. It's available from aftermarket Corvette suppliers. I have seen books regarding restoring C3s. I found several by Googling C3 Corvette restoration book.

The A.I.M. just says how and where. I know most of that, just want a sequence to doing it, so I only do it once. Don't want to put some together and find I need to DISassemble something to assemble something else. I get discouraged doing things Twice!

My sequence:
- Upper dash pad (if out)
- Handbrake cover
- Shift console
- Center gauge cluster
- Left gauge (speedo and tach) cluster
- Right hand dash pad (map pocket)
- Steering column
- Left side ducts and steering column covers
I don't think it matters if you do 7 & 8 before 6 if you so choose. What matters is getting the center cluster installed so the left lower dash pad has something to align to. That's why I do the handbrake cover, shift console and center cluster first.
There's obviously a lot of detail left out of this rough order. You get the idea, I hope.
Would love to know if someone else has a better way to skin this cat. It's by far my least favorite job on the car.

Yes, it's a real bear. This is a basket car. Purchased as a project in boxes and pieces. I don't want to assemble and disassemble to many times to get it right. Thanks for tips.

I wish you luck - and I mean that sincerely. I have to do mine over again this year as my speedo has failed. If you work out a better way, please post.
