Painfully slowly, but my car is coming along. The custom paint on the hood is done, but the clear coat will be applied to make it shine and sparkle. So it will look much better than this. Yes clear was done, but then gets sanded to prepare for the custom paint. So it is a bit dull right now.

Step on for realistic flames. The background first, then using
multi curved template, flames take shape.


Starting to look good. Note the center bottom is a custom design.
Mike Gold, perhaps one of the best air brush instructors anywhere
doing some brush work on the custom design. You should see this
guy work. He is amazing.


Once the clear is on, this will be even more impressive

During the next week the rear bumper should get done. Instead of the chrome letters "Corvette" it will be done in custom paint lettering.
Once both are done, it will leave custom paint and go back to the body shop to re clear those panels. Then the tail lights go back in, and it can come home for the final body assy, dash, and interior.
