I saw in ecklers a custom front end for early 'soft' cars like my '75 that would make it look like an '82. has anyone tried it?

I have seen them on cars also...and yes they do look good BUT a few years ago when I was doing my 76 I could not find
a simple way to make the conversion short of replacing the
front and both side fenders...
Although I do not own an 80 to 82 I really like the front and back ends of those cars...
