I recently bought a 1980 Corvette and it needs a new Hood, I found one on e-bay wirh the following description: 1977 1978 1979 CORVETTE HOOD NOS 14015251.
Will this work on my 1980? I looking to keep it all original...

The 79 and earlier hoods have a different "power bulge". The raised part of the hood is squared off towards the front where the 80-82s narrow down in front.
Will fit, just not correct looking.

The best fiberglass comes from Sermershiem. They are the supplier the top restorers use. I don't know if they sell retail or not.
