Fabreeze will help temporarily. Good stuff.
The "ozone"machine will absolutely do it. I have one in the house...I used to be a "dealer" for them. They will definitely clean the air, and make it smell like it just rained.....ahhhhhh......
You can also use them in the bed to kill bed critters, and make the mattresses smell better....just put it under the covers, and let it run.
I've had the one I've got for about12-13 years, and it has run non-stop since I've had it. I did have to turn it off recently tho...the fan motor in it finally took a dump...Cry

Try the Fabreeze, and see how ya like it. It won't get rid of the source of the nasty smell, but it WILL smell better on your drives....

Dry some vanilla  in a bowl, with a cloth. It should help, we used it in rooms with cat and dog urine!

If you get the spray kind of Fabreze, and  use it a LOT, it will pretty much get rid of the smell over time.  I bought a Blazer that was overpowering, and after a few weeks, you couldn't  smell it at all unless it was wet.  I sprayed it on the entire interior every couple of days.

That Fabreze is some good sh*t and so is the lemon Pledge!!  Thank God a smoker didn't own my car before I bought it...EEEEWWWWW!  Another thing that helps get rid of smoke smell is to leave the windows rolled down in the cold air.....you might have to do it a couple of times, but it does work.  Good luck you Ebo Thing!LOL
