CE back glass won't seal,need help or will trade

I have tried and tried to get the CE rear window to properly close tite to the roof line so as to nt have a gap between it and the seal. So If you live in northern CA and are willing to have a non-opening glass installed on my car I'll give you the glass and all that goes with it. Defroster wires have been removed by unsoldering them, sorry don't have them. My car is a standard, with this setup installed by one of the previous owners. Glass alone is worth more than what I'm asking for in return and you'll get all the impossible to find latches,cables, etc...

Or if you can help get this thing to seal that would be great also.
