Hello guys,
Its been a couple of years since I made a thread. I've been to the sight everyday though! I have a question on dying carpet. I want to replace the carpet upfront which is shot, but the carpet in the back is in good condition except the sun has faded it. Have you ever heard of anyone that has dyed their carpet with the dye they sell for interior? Just a thought. Thank you! Doc JD

I dyed my rear carpert when I got my Vette about 4 years ago. It turned out pretty good! The only problem with the dyes is they tend to fade out again. If you are on a budget, I think you will be happy with the results!
After dying it the 3rd time, I eventully replaced the rear carpet and have been very pleased with the results.
