That's not a bad price. Wonder what the freight charge would be?Anyone ever purchase one of these hoods ? What do they mean about ''you have to open it up to be functionable''?

That's not a bad price. Wonder what the freight charge would be?Anyone ever purchase one of these hoods ? What do they mean about ''you have to open it up to be functionable''? <--- I think they mean you have to remove some glass at the rear of the cowl to let air escape near the windshield,like cowl hoods were designed originally.I think they have instructions..It sounds like its well made,since they say its strong enough to use stock hinges & springs in some cases.Most similar hoods I've found that I like were at least $650 |eek|
