Would one of you handsome devils with sport mirrors supply me with a pic showing a ruler next to the mirror that indicates the mirror base location from the front door edge AND from the top painted edge of the door? I can't find a template anywhere so I can properly place these new ones I just got for Christmas. I have enough pics to guess the position, but I'd really rather not. Thanx in advance.

Patrick, I shot some pics this afternoon but after looking at them Im not satisfied. I will shoot some for you tomorrow using something other than a reflective stainless steel ruler.

Vette(s): 1975 T-Tops,Lite Custom work,Many engine mod. 700R4 trans. body is shaved,17" wheels bf goodrich g-force tires,heavy sway bars front&rear rack&pinion steering,550 slolom springs with gas shocks.
Anybody out there ever buy and install a L-88 hood on a 75 or later vette? Thinking strongly about it but having second thoughts about after maket fittings

Hello Crossfire 1982, Did you ever work out the pictures, with the dimensions for the sport mirror precise locations? Also where exactly does the remote adjusters mount on the interior door panels. Thank you in advance for any help on this!
