Tom, I also have a '75 I just bought that needs front and rear bumper covers. I got a rear cover on eBay that was delivered yesterday (in great condition). It is hit or miss on eBay so just keep trying. I am not sure where you are in PA, but there is a salvage yard in Bristol, PA (20 miles north of Philly) that specializes in corvettes called FParts Salvage (website is http://www.fparts.us/) and their phone number is 800-367-8388. They have new front bumper covers that are exact copies of the original ($190). I hope this helps.
