Jeff and Dennis sound good guys still mounting my rear bumper on 75. Drilled holes for the C O R V E T T E last night did realize how hard it is to keep them alined and straightWacko. Has endents for letters but tough getting them center. Dennis I'm jealous Stern%20Smile wish I would wish I would have removed the honeycomb on front would have bee alot easier. Oh I ment to ask you, how did you get the nuts on the retainers in the uppper outside retainers on the front? Are you like Mr. Fantastic of The Fantastic Four? Clap LOL  Inquiring minds would like to know. Thanks Guys

those upper corners in the front are a real Bi#ch Angry.
 
i could reach up and touch the protuding retaining clip bolt, but only with one finger.  and that made it impossible to screw on the nut.  so i got some contact cement and glued the nut to my index finger (just enough so it was tacky and held on the end of my finger).  then after about 10 minutes, i was able to wiggle my finger enough to get the nut started.  then i used a spring universal socket to tighten it up.  i had a helper with that.  i held the socket on the nut while a friend cranked the ratchet.
with a little patience, you can do it.

My painter has small hands.  I wasn't there when he did it, but he did say it was a real pain to get done.

Jeff & Dennis thanks for the advise I'll give it a try. Almost temped to remove the Front bumper and remove the honey comb to try and get a better fit. But I remember some where in these treads about having the seams of the bumper fiberglassed. They say it looks sweet and makes the front and rear look like one piece. What you all think??

If you can afford it, it is probably not cheap.
 
Also, I would think that the flexion of the front end from engine torque might crack the seam over time.
 
I'm no expert, but I would think the seam allows some flex between the front end/fenders and the nose.  Same for the tail cap.

dnv, you are probably right about the flex. I will keep it the same looks better as is. thanks
