This may be a stupid question but would anyone know how difficult - (if possible at all) - it would be to put chrome bumpers on a non-chrome bumper C3?
I love the looks of my '80 but have always thought that it would look so much better with chrome bumpers.

I would recommend calling Labrandis in Harrisburg pa..I know they are not all that cheap but they do great work..they have a long wait time because they are so in busy but its worth the wait.
no idea how hard it is to put chrome on a non bumper car..

I know they sell both american made and non american made chrome replacements, but not matter which way it's pricey

Chuck, I'm going to try just that!
My1980 project car's nose is pretty wavy and I have a front chrome bumper from a 69 so I put it up close to the rubber bumper and I think it will work. I'm going to try and make it work.

Vette(s): 1982 C3 Collectors Edition 44000 miles, sat in the sun most of its life, My wife purchased it for me for Father's Day in 2007 from her girlfriend that had it for 19 years. It is on the road again. I'm retired but it is now my daily driver.
I was looking for exhaust manifolds for my 82 (no luck finding them) and I saw a couple of bumpers. I do not know if it was front or back or both. Also do not know if they are for sale or the cost but can find out if someone is interested.

As Rich said,
Labrandis in Harrisburg Pa has a great reputation for re chroming bumpers. I had a friend that just took his Ford bumpers up to them. They turned them around in about a month. He hand carried them in. He said he was glad he had them do them as he is very happy with their work. Google them and give them a call.
