I have found that a little Canola oil and a running start works well. And its Heart Healthy

Vette(s): 1975 C3 Red, T-Tops, Black Interior. All I need is time and money! Getting there!
I am just over 6 ft. and now at 215 lbs. At my peak I was 278. In great shape way back in high school, 205.

I like to oil theory with the running start. I was about 240 when I was with Chevrolet and working on these every day. It could get very tight during some repairs. I never had a problem driving a C3, but there were times getting in and out was tough. You develop a technique.

Of course if you remove the t-top, and park under the tree you have a winch hanging in, they you can lift yourself right out, and back down in. An electric remote on the winch helps! |laugh| |laugh|
