I'm doing a frame off restoration on a 1972 convertible and I had to cut the back right (passenger side) body mount bolt off. It's down under the convertible top bracket and is a real pain to get to. I thought about taking out the convertible top bracket and spring and that is goingn to be a pain. Any tips on getting the old bolt out before I replace the body?
Thanks, corvettedave....

Since you have the body off, do it from below. As a last resort, drill out the rivets that hold the plate (it is called a deck lid hinge reinforcement) and work on the bench. New plates are available if necessary.
