Hello,
I bought a battery disconnect switch ( the type that goes on the post). Does the switch go on the positive or negative post?

It will work fine on either one. But it's safer on the negative. There is less chance of bumping a ground with a hot lead when operating it. Although the chance in a C3 is very small considering where the battery is located.
