"BIGBRRD" arrived with a louver set on the rear window. It was the first thing to come off of the car and still resides in the attic of the garage never to go back on. Also still trying to buff out the scratches on the glass. Will be putting it out on eBay sometime so hopefully some other 2nd gen Camaro/Firebird owner will want to own it.

These come down to personal choice. If you get them get a good quality set that won't scratch your glass and is easy to access the glass for cleaning and also good visibility. I tend to think they look better on a dark colored car. As for me I don't have that big a## rear window.
That's not a bad thing.

I have a set of cragars on my 80, they came with a little church key type lock. They are aluminum, all one full blade from side to side. Great vision nice contrast against the white that had all that glass. Never have seen any scratches as noted from these. They have been on the car for 25 years. If I could find another set I'd buy em for the project car.
Good Luck

I ran across this tonight on Ebay during my daily louver search.... Thought that some of you might be interested in this (for the price) with all of the talk about them in this thread.

Thanks Tux, not a bad starting price. I myself do not care for that style they look like they belong on a mustang.
