Purchased new flexi-glas bumper. I was looking for an excuse to buy one.
I could not get the original urethane bumper to fit back on. A quarter inch gap on the passenger side to the top, could not line up. Did it shrink ? Don't know, and will never find out. Will have to see how this new one lines up.
If anyone has used the new type that does not have any waves or warps, please give me any advice if you can.
Thanks,
Boatman.

I put one on a '73 several years ago, it may need some minor fitting, but I really don't recall having any trouble with it. It should basically bolt up in the place of the original. Try a test fit and let me know what's going on.
The worst you should have to do would be scribing the new piece to the front and do some shaving to get a good fit.
