AM/FM/8. Track repair.

Vette(s): 1978 Corvette Indianapolis Pace Car, Purchased from original owner family from storage with 35K miles here in FloridaI have had all engine rubber,gaskets,seals replaced.Air/heat changed.Currently doing suspension.

To anyone.

 My 8 track just stopped working a few weeks ago in my 78 Pace car(37K mile car).I want to get the original fixed or buy a true replacement in good shape.Please get back with me.

over the years I have used "Factory Repair Services" in Richardson Texas twice to repair my 82 AM/FM/Cassette.  My problems have been motors and belts for the cassette player failing.  The web site is https://factoryrepairservices.net/

Vette(s): 1978 Silver Anniversary, red leather interior, 18500 miles, AM/FM/8-track player, L-48, auto, mirrored T-tops, alloy wheels, Goodyear GT Radial tires. 2015 Z06 convertible, 7spd manual, 9600 miles, 3LZ pkg, Torch Red.

When my 8-track stopped working, the belt had broken. Easy fix once the player is pulled out. Hopefully it's that simple for you.

Dang, that's right here in my backyard practically.  Wish I'd known about them years ago.  Not going to pull the radio now though.
