Vette(s): 72 t top 350, ontario orange, owned since 1995, 3 rd owner 78,000 miles
Im looking at HEI for my 72.
I see them on amazon for under $90, what have you found for a reliable company to buy one?

Vette(s): 1972 conv, 4-speed, 350, 200hp, numbers match, rally wheels, war bonnett yellow w/white top. good condition, nice driver.
Pertronics with the hot coil. Fits in the O.E.M. unit, and not noticeable. Works well in my 72

Check Summit Racing website for HEI distributors. They have several available. They sell quality parts.

I put an MSD tach drive (non HEI) distrubutor and 6A spark box in my 72.

Vette(s): 1978 Silver Anniversary. Restored in 2012. All new 'complete' suspension f & r, engine, trans, exhaust, interior. Car is driven - garage kept but not a trailer queen.
I have an Accel HEI in my 78 with Accel 8 mm wires. Never any problems since rebuild in 2012.
