Aftermarket Automatic Shifter Handle???

I love the look of either a B&M or Hurst "T" grip shifter handle but have only seen them come with the whole base that looks like it would be better suited to be bolted to the floor. Does anyone know if they just sell the shifter without the base, and if not, is there anyway to somehow buy the kit and just use the shifter part of it with the factory console.
