Like most C 3's my door continually closes on my drivers side seat belt and sometimes on the passengers side too.
The GM seat belt # 46676 Md C-75 - 45A80 is no longer availbable.
I the C3 seat belt is very hard to unbuckle in an emergency (the button is against the center console)
What I would really like would be that the female side of the new Seat belts to have top release like my C5.
Has anyone done this ... what would fit???

Try the rear seat belts from a 98-00 Firebird or Camaro. Redwingvette did that to his '73 and it looks good. Search for the thread, it's around here somewhere...
