I am going to need to pull my dash and fix a couple of electrical issues. knowing the age of my vehicle and my luck with any project I start, I'm assuming I'm going to find a lot of problems and old brittle wires. any advice on wire your supply kits, how to and definitely don't do, and anything else please send your advice my way. I already downloaded, printed and laminated, the wiring diagrams from the links on this website.

My guess is you'll find more problems with the insulation on the wires being gone, than brittle. Just take your time on dis-assembly, take many pics if possible. Mark any wire connections you take loose. I like masking tape and permanent marker, but there are other ways...whatever is most helpful to you. Be easy on any plastic connectors...they can sometimes be stuck pretty tight on components, and getting in a hurry here can ruin your day really quick!
