My driver side window only goes up about 3/4 then starts then makes some thumping noise. Any ideas before I tear it apart?? Also, my passenger side door won't open from the outside... would replacing exterior door handle cure this? Thank You..

On the window, the regulator probably has some stripped teeth on it. You can probably pull the glass up a little by hand, and then roll it the rest of the way up....this would tell you for sure the the regulator is in need of a dentist.
For the door not opening, chances are the linkage has fallen off the handle. This would have to be taken care of from the inside of the door, by removing the door panel, and taking a look to see what the problem is.
