My seat backs lean a little far back for my comfort, I would rather sit upright a little bit more,(I'm height impaired) but I can't seem to find a adjustment knob or lever. am I not that bright?, or are they non-adjustable?

Tilt the seat back forward,look at the bottom of the back,there should be two large headed bolts,you should be able to turn them counter clock wise,you may need a wrench if they have never been adjusted,there should be two rubber bumpers,on the base of the seat,that those bolts sit on when the seat back is in the uprifgt position.At least thats the way my seats are on my 78 Ron 78

usually those bolts break well the nuts underneath, if you dont really care about the look take like 1.5 inch notebook and wedge it inbetween. thats what i did my 86 temporarily, (i still need to fix that, thanx for the reminder)

I don't think '79 (and '78 Pace Car) seats are that easy........they're the lightweight fiberglass shell with no adjustment....On my '79, my driver's seat was leaning way back (makes sense, if you ever tried to get out of that car.....), so I switched it for the passenger seat...........I know, I'm going to NCRS hell......

Ecklers sell a seat back for a 79. I cant seem to find any seetbacks for an 80 though. My passenger seatback is broken beyond repair...and i cant seem to find one!
