Quick Question, I have to buy new weatherstripping for the T Top. Just on  the right side though. the weatherstripping  is new but the top was put one, and the seal got crinkled, well, maybe folded over on itself. ( I didn't do it) Willcox sells them separately.l BUT it's asking if mine is and early model or a late. I dunno. How do I find out? Or does someone know?
Thanks

Hey ghost, I have ordered many parts from Ecklers for my 77, I don't think I have ever been asked that question. Although I have been told that late 77 and 88 might have some of the same parts. I have never confirmed that. I hope someone can answer your question I would like to know if there is an early or late 77. Gene

I just got off the Wilcox web site. They have a help page to answer my question. So I printed it out and now  i have to check when I get home.
Seems to be a difference in 18 pins Verses 19 pins. I Dunno if it really makes a difference though. Also, there is a Page on door window adjustment. I seen and earlier post where someone needed help.

There is indeed a difference in the number of plastic pins that hold the w-strip on. Wonder just who's friggin idea that was?

If you don't have the correct number of pins, when you try to install it the alignment will be off. Just count the pins on the current strip if it is correct. I purchased mine fron Ekclers and was pleased with the product.
