Horn doesn't work -hasn't since I got the car 3 weeks ago - Where do I start to trouble shoot Thanks

There is a relay on the LH inner fender where all the power comes to. See if the horn wire is plugged into it. Ground the horn-wire lug on the relay and the horn should work. If it does, then the problem is in the steering coulmn or wiring out to the relay. If it doesn't work the problem is the horn, the relay, or wiring between.
