68 has a 1 year only wiper motor. I have all of the wiring diagrams and factory books, they only show how diagrams not diagnostics, anybody have any advice. wiper door will not open, not sure if it is a motor or vacume problem. and how to test.

The door is opened by the vacumn tank. there is a relay involved also. Very complicated setup. I have all the info at work & if you don't get an answer by then I'll find it and repost. Just remember everything is controled by grounds. Just the opposite of the way you would think.
