We use SSnake-Oyl for all of our seat belt rebuilding. We have never had a dissatisfied customer. Typically, lap and shoulder belts rebuilt cost $450 or so, plus anything extra like those retractors.

Great people. Had my retractors, and webbing rebuilt by them. Turned out beautiful.

Ssnake Oyl folks are great to work with! I taked with them again today via email, and all is well. I will have my belts back in a couple of weeks and will let you know how they turn out...I am sure they will be better than expected.
As for the retractors on my car...over the years the springs had gone missing....oh well, after 40 years we all are missing something...right???
Thanks again to everyone in the community who had some input and took the time to post. I appreciate it very much
Bob
...My January built '68 does not have retractors on the outboard belt...
Ditto for my April convertible.
