I've been scouring the web to see if I can locate your part. This guy might be a possibility. I've been saving some links and will make a post of some places you might want to contact.

Well I think I found what you are looking for here on this page. This company says its another exclusive only offered by them. I believe they are calling it a soft top guide pin. Its on the last page item #7 in the illustration.

I will take a look although there are guide pins as well. I'm wondering if maybe the striker plates for the 63-67 would work even though they only use 2 screws instead of 3. Where is a good place to find a list of interchangeable parts?

I'm still looking for my links. I guess I will have to get them from home. Not showing up on my work computer.
My photos are working again. I just need to sign in once in awhile to keep it active.

Photos are working now, you're right. Wow, what a difference a paint job makes, huh? Looks great. CHeck out my home page link. I posted 3 pics of my 68 there today....
Would you have a source where I might find a part interchange list online? I'm wondering if the 63-67 latch plates would work on my 68. The 68 has a third screw hole but a 63-67 plate still might work.
Thanks.

The one with the paint is not mine. That's a different car. A 71 BB convertable. Mine is a 75 t-top.
It belongs to David, aka PigPen, who lives in Wales, England. He bought it last summer and drove RT66 and other roads on a Cross country trip. His passanger is Anna. She lives out West and rode along with David. In the pictures, I'm the one with the catapiller on the upper lip. I met them when they were coming close by. Once on the east coast, Anna flew home, and David put the car on a ship and sent it home to England. He took a plane. Great people, both of them. Quite a trip for them. I was just lucky enough to spend a few hours with them and have dinner.

Ah, I see.... Wow, sent it to England on a ship eh? I bet it turns heads in Wales. Are there a lot of Corvettes there or is he in a small group of Vette lovers?
Did you check out my 68?

Your 68 is the stuff dreams are made of. That thing is fabulous!
You should enter it in C3 of the week.
I really don't know how many are over there. I know of a few, but really don't have an answer. David also has a 77 (I think) coupe. He is doing major work to it at this time, and might ship it here in October and join the group a C3X. That's not cast in stone as of yet.
I'm trying to remember David's log in name. Someone help me out.
