I have had this problem as well.

Try typing in the screen name in the "To Username" box.

That worked for me.

Hi Adam, my name is Olaf and I'd bourght a 1973 Sting Ray in Virginia last year and shiped it home to me to Germany. And now I'm in the middle of the realy hard job of a complete restoration. And it would be verry nice of you if you could send me the right wiring diagram. If you've got other helpful things like a restoration guide or a manual for this car please send these things too ( if it is possible to send them by email).
