Help.........
I am trying to figure out the asembly of the front valance and spolier on my 81.  I've looked at the AMI's exploded view and tried looking at various photos of other 81's on the web.
I see and think I understand how the valance installs but what I don't understand is how the spoilers attach.  I think I must be missing something.  After installing the valance, do the rubber spoilers mount to the front/underside of the valance?
I just received the valance and it is one piece fiberglass with no holes in it for the spoiler.  With that being said; do you think I am still missing a part where the spoilers attach?
If someone has pictures of how the valance and spoilers are correctly installed..............it sure would help.  After all they say a picture (or two in my case), talks thousands!

Tom I'd have to look at my assm manual but I know the rubber attaches to metal back up brackets. These brackets I think mount to the underside of the valance.
If you have not figured it out I'll check later when I get home.

Thanks for all of your help.  This is what I was looking for and certainly will help me with getting the 81 vette back into the shape it should be.

Next...........I'll tackle the interior!
