Does anyone out there know how to repair this warning system so the warning light will go out after the specified delay???????

That's interesting.. I've rewired mine and can't get them to work! I've been doing some research. I'll let you know what I find out!

Nice to hear from other Nova Scotians. We move here from Ontario in 1998 and fell in love with the place.
As far as I can tell there is a gizzmo(switch??) located behind the right side dash that is made of two dissimiallar metals. Once the light comes on and power is flowing to this switch I quess the heat generated through the wiring coiled in the switch causes them to break contact and shut the light off.I am having a real difficult time finding the name of this (SWITCH???)a part # or anywhere I can buy one. I am trying to find a local electrical shop capable of either testing an repairing or rebuilding this part.If I am successful I will let you know.Thanks for the quick responce I'll keep in touch.Regards Roger Caissie
