Vette(s): 1971 Ontario Orange LS5. Dyno'd @ 496 HP

At the end of the year last year for some odd reason my wipers stopped working.

My Mechanic stated it was the motor. I decided to do it in spring instead of before winter storage.

I replaced the Windshield Motor and still no Joy. I have 12V on both sides of the override switch when engaged.

But if I try the Vacuum release for the wiper door, nothing.

Headlights function perfectly. Fuse is good and all connections look good. Is there a way to meter out the switch to see if that is the culprit?

Rob, I can email you a copy of my collection of vacuum/electrical troubleshooting info for the headlights and wiper systems. It will require MS Word to open.... I used to have ALL of this stuff on my website, but since I had to change it over to a new set-up, I just haven't had time to reload all of this info. I will send what I have to you, and hopefully it will help. If you cannot open it, holler back, and I'll see if I can get it all changed over to a platform that is more friendly.

Joel, received and I am able to open it with no issues.

That is a great document, cannot thank you enough for sending it over!

Hope some of it helps. So many different issues with the wiper doors and such, it's hard to remember all of it!
