Did I read that wrong, or is the body aluminum? Just the front fenders carbon fiber, no fiberglass?

Tumarr said: Not really a big block, but instead a stroker LS2 with nicer heads and intake and cam. But LS2's are awsome all aluminum blocks also. It is cool they chose the 427 cid though. This thing is said to do a 0-60 in less than 4 seconds! and be faster than 12sec in the quarter mile! Its illegal to drag in its stock form! (lol) I am glad the vette can now take on a viper in all aspects of racing and still be alot cheaper! |
yeah i realized it wasnt a BB.. but 427 ci is nice.. they could have done 425 or 430.. but 427 has class
most people think 427 when they think of the bad mofo vettes of the "old days" the 396 and 454 are afterthoughts...

I believe you read it wrong Ken. Aluminum frame, carbon fiber/fiberglass body panels. Sound more accurate?

Dave did you imply that you are now "used to" the C4? I'm still shakin' my head about that one, it's gonna' take more than 20 years to figure that out: a square Corvette???

Not really liking it, used to it, there are so darn many of them, I always thought it looked too much like a tricked Camaro.
