update on the 90's accident

Vette(s): 1981 Great White Shark. Red Interior, 350/190 hp. PS, PB (SS), A/C CC, T-Tops. Served three years in Active Duty Army, then Retired Air Force after 34 years! Badger State Vettes Car Club. 175,000 Original miles!! Now own a 1998 C-5!
I had accident on 19 January 2009.  Hard snow in Oak Creek that night.  Got "T" boned in my 2004 Grand Am (Pontiac.  No Witnesses to say who ran light.  Each insurance paid.  Other driver was at fault (I say)  DO NOT SETTLE ANYTHING untill you are sure you are Medically ok!!

sounds to me as if you have an excellent case for malicious prosecution, that should be worth several thousand bucks to you when you sue him,Thumbs Up,,rd

I really hate to hear about your arm, I am sure that lawyer I saw on TV would know of a really first rate bone cracker and therapist.

Normally, I would caution against karma or trying to generate karma however, in this case, you have been maliciously attacked by this worthless piece of human flesh and you are protecting you and your family.

thanks guys for all your support. unfortunately i am one of those guys that finish last (too nice). i know that there a lot of people out there that abuse the system and will do anything to make a buck. basically all i want is what is due me. if i claim to be hurt and abuse the system, i feel i am no better than the idiot that hit me or his insurance co. the good hands people ain't that good.

i called for the last time today and got the same run around. tomorrow morning, i will be in the county clerk's office filing the suit papers. if they still want to play games, then the bill will be added to with the lawyer's bill. pay me now or pay me later. if it goes on, the lawyer says that there will be loss of car usage, etc. added.

well here is the latest update to this story. i guess the call from the lawyers office and then filing the suit, i got a message from allstate that they are accepting 100% liability and will be sending out the full amount of their estimators report. hopefully it should be here in a few days and then i will be getting it fixed. will be checking the mail everyday and hope they are done playingClapThumbs Up.
