Just a heads‑up for anyone trying to get in touch with Mid America Motorworks right now. They have a notice on their website explaining that the June 17 tornado didn’t just destroy major parts of their Effingham campus, it also knocked out portions of their IT and online operations.

Their team is safe and working hard to rebuild, but they’re asking everyone to expect delays with email replies, order processing, and customer support while they piece everything back together. They are reachable by phone and email, but response times are understandably slower than usual as they relocate or rebuild systems and get their infrastructure back online.

They also mentioned how much the support from customers and the Corvette community has meant to them. Even with everything they’re dealing with, they’re committed to getting back to full speed, but it’s going to take some time.

Bottom line: if you’re waiting on an order, a shipment, or a reply, hang in there. They’re doing everything they can under some pretty tough circumstances, and patience is going to go a long way while they work through the recovery.
