** SAVTHEWAV license plates are back! **

I have decided to have the SAVTHEWAV license plate printed without the "CHEVROLET" or "CORVETTE" trademarked words since GM will not allow me to do so. So it will look like this:

Mine arrived today as well - looks GREAT...!!! I haven't decided yet whether to put it inplace of the front plate or bolt it down to the dash (so it doesn't sprout wings or legs and disappear!).

Davi , just wave to all vette owners you see while driving. You'll see all the c1,c2,c3 drivers wave back possibly c4 but don't expect the c5 and c6 drivers wave back. they aren't the same as the c1,c2 and c3 drivers who are so proud of their cars.
An update, I saw a c6 last time I had my vette out last week on the 690 interstate here 11/17/04 and waved to him. he looked surprised then after passing me he flicked his rearlights on and off to acknowledge the wave. there is some hope then for c6 drivers!

I notice here that when I'm driving my C3, all vette owners wave back, and alot of non vette cars as well.

If I'm driving the C5, C1 thru 3 drivers will wave.

I was next to another C5 owner at a stop light, the SOB didn't even look over at me.

Well her in South Dakota the WAVE is alive. All Vette owners wave to each other. Of course all bikers ,farmers, ranchers, and everyone else do too. If your driving down the hi-way it is required to wave at everyone you pass. The one time you don't someone will tell you how rude you are.
