With most cars, it would be totaled and sent to the junk yard.

Because it is a Corvette, and a classic it one at that, it will now become someone's "project" to bring it back to life.

Looks like a very nice car to start with. I would hate to have that happen. I agree, someone will revive that one and it will see the road again someday.
