just another upate about the 90

just an update. went to court today for the three tickets the idiot swore out against me. went to the prosecutor and asked the charges be dismissed as this was only an attempt to pin the blame on me. she said the guy was to be the prosecutor and that she could not do it. i didn't know the guy but while the judge was taking care of the guilty pleas there were people still making plea deals. a couple of them had gotten a little louder than they should have and the judge warned them. it turned out the guy was one of them.

the judge called me and asked if the other guy was there and told him i didnt know and the other guy stood up (that's how i knew he was one of the loud ones). the judge says to me that under the plea agreement that he reached with the prosecutor, that he withdrew all complaints against me and will downgrade his ticket from improper passing (4 points) to careless driving (2 points). judge asled me what happened and i told him and the idiot then tells the judge that i turned into him and spun the opposite way of what i did. what an idiot. next is the call to allstate to find out about the payment.

stopped at a body shop on the way home and talked to the guy and he said that there might be things that can be done for less money. i told him that was great as long as it didn't compromise the car. as such i might be getting the whole car repainted as in my opinion it would make it easwier for him and if enought is saved may wind up getting a new set of tires.

btw...while i was talking to the guy in the body shop i saw in the shop that he had a 74 being readied to get painted. looks like a good sign to me.

Thank god that moron dropped the charges Dave!! Hope you walk away with the car in better condition and a few sheckles to boot!!!
